Kenneth Tepper, MD is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon and fellowship trained in sports medicine. Dr. Tepper performs evaluations in the Baltimore area in Owings Mills and Pikesville and in Carroll County in Westminster.

He is a full-time practicing orthopaedic surgeon and one of only a few surgeons nationwide who perform hip arthroscopy to treat non-arthritic conditions of the hip. He is the Director of Hip Preservation and Arthroscopy at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. Prior to joining MedStar in 2012, he was the Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwest Hospital.

Dr. Tepper is the medical director for Stevenson University, and the head orthopaedist for the U.S. Men’s U19 national lacrosse team. He also served as the Associate Chief Medical Officer for the FIL 2018 Men’s World Lacrosse Championships in Netanya, Israel, where he was responsible for over 2000 athletes from 46 countries.
