Robert McKinstry, MD is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon and fellowship trained in total joint replacement and reconstruction. He utilizes the latest technology including robotic joint replacement using MAKOplasty. Dr. McKinstry performs evaluations in Prince George’s County in Bowie and in the Baltimore area in Ellicott City.

In addition to his medical degree, Dr. McKinstry earned a master’s of physiology. He has also completed a medical device fellowship with the Center for Devices and Radiologic Health, part of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Dr. McKinstry is a member of the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
