Maria Mainolfi, MD is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and is a member of the American College of Preventive Medicine. She received her M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and her MPH from University of South Florida. She has worked as an Occupational Medicine Physician in New York and now locally in Maryland. She has a passion for Occupational Medicine and has taken on leadership roles including managing a multi-site occupational clinic in Maryland. 

Dr. Mainolfi is a certified Independent Medical Examiner and Medical Review Officer. She performs Independent Medical Evaluations, Workability Evaluations, Medical Record Reviews, and Fitness for Duty Examinations at Baltimore and Columbia locations.
