Matthew Sorenson, DPM is a fellowship-trained, board-certified foot & ankle surgeon. He is accomplished in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and specializes in complex deformity, sports injury, arthroscopy and trauma of the lower extremities.

In his foot & ankle fellowship at the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center in Columbus, OH, Dr. Sorensen had the unique opportunity to engage the athletic teams of The Ohio State University, Columbus Blue Jackets, and Columbus Crew, participating in the surgical management and rehabilitation of these high-level athletes. Additionally, has treated, both surgically and non-surgically, athletes from the University of Illinois, University of Minnesota, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, Libertyville High School, Lake Forest High School as well as the Joffrey Ballet.

He also is one of few foot & ankle specialists in the Midwest to have intensive training and experience in total ankle replacement and complex limb deformity correction.
